CA Employment Training Panel (ETP)

Administered by CA Employment Training Panel · etp.ca.gov

ETP reimburses California employers for training costs and pays for workers to get new skills. Individuals can also access training through EDD's approved training providers.

Eligibility requirements

  • CA resident
  • Employed or recently unemployed
  • Participating employer or approved training provider
Insider tip

Ask your employer if they're an ETP contractor — if so, your entire training cost may be covered. Industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and tech are top ETP users.
