Is GrantLantern legit?
We're an independent site, not a government agency. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details or a fee to apply for anything. The FTC says a site asking for those to "check if you qualify" for a grant is a warning sign of a scam.
How do you make money?
Only from the optional $4.99 monthly Plus plan. Programs don't pay us to be listed, and we don't sell your answers.
How current is the information?
Rules and funding change. Results link to each program's official site, so always confirm there before you apply.
What happens to my answers?
They're used to find your matches. You don't give us your name to see results, and we don't share or sell what you enter.
