Alzheimer's Disease Initiative (ADI)

Provides respite care (including up to 30 days extended out-of-home), support groups, caregiver training, and memory disorder screenings for caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or related memory disorders.

Eligibility requirements

  • Florida resident
  • Caregiver of an adult aged 18+ diagnosed with Alzheimer's or related memory disorder
  • Care recipient's condition interferes with activities of daily living
