Network of more than 70 community health center systems operating 600+ service sites across Texas providing primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services on a sliding fee scale based on family income. No one is turned away for inability to pay. Serves insured, uninsured, and underinsured patients regardless of immigration status. Critical option for the estimated 617,000 to 920,000 Texans in the Medicaid coverage gap.

Eligibility requirements

  • No income or insurance requirements to be seen. Sliding scale fees apply for uninsured patients based on household size and income. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and most private insurance plans.
