Eligibility requirements

  • Families with children under 18 with limited income and resources. Texas residents who are US citizens or qualified immigrants. Maximum benefit for a family of 3 is approximately $328/month. 60-month federal lifetime limit. Apply online through Your Texas Benefits or in person at your local HHS office.
