Texas Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

Free home weatherization services including insulation, air sealing, and heating/cooling upgrades to reduce energy costs for low-income households.

Eligibility requirements

✓Texas homeowners and renters with household income at or below 200% FPL. Priority given to elderly, disabled, and households with children. Renters need landlord permission. Free services — no repayment required. Apply through your local Community Action Agency or weatherization provider via TDHCA.
