Eligibility requirements

  • Must have a qualifying developmental disability (intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Prader-Willi syndrome, or Down syndrome) diagnosed before age 18
  • Must be enrolled in Florida Medicaid
  • Income limits vary
  • Waitlist exists; apply early through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (apdcares.org).
