Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program providing one-time bill credits or payments directly to utility providers for eligible low-income households struggling to pay energy costs. Covers electric, gas, and other heating/cooling fuels.

Eligibility requirements

  • Households with income at or below 60% of State Median Income (approximately 150% FPL)
  • Priority given to households with elderly, disabled, or young children
  • Apply through local Community Services Agency.
