Provides grants to underinsured Americans who can't afford their share of medical costs. Covers premiums, deductibles, co-pays for serious conditions including cardiovascular disease, stroke recovery, and cancer.

Eligibility requirements

  • Diagnosed with qualifying condition
  • Insured but facing cost-sharing hardship
  • Income below 400–500% FPL
  • US resident
