Eligibility requirements
- ✓Refugee, asylee, or special immigrant status
- ✓Arrived within past 5 years
- ✓Income below 125% poverty level
Apply through a local resettlement agency immediately upon arrival. The 90-day window is strict. ORR also funds longer-term programs through local orgs — ask your case manager.
