Provides healthy food, formula, breastfeeding support, and health referrals for low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to age 5.

Eligibility requirements

  • Pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman OR child under 5
  • Income at or below 185% poverty level
  • Nutritional risk (almost everyone qualifies)
