Florida Medicaid for Pregnant Women

Full Medicaid health coverage for pregnant Florida residents, covering prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. Eligibility continues for 12 months after delivery regardless of income changes during that period. Apply through ACCESS Florida or a DCF office.

Eligibility requirements

  • Income at or below 200% FPL
  • Must be pregnant and a Florida resident
  • U.S
  • citizens and eligible immigrants qualify
  • Undocumented immigrants may qualify for Emergency Medicaid for labor and delivery only
  • Apply at any point during pregnancy; coverage is retroactive up to 3 months.
