Florida Bright Futures Scholarship

Florida's merit-based scholarship for FL high school graduates attending FL colleges. Florida Academic Scholars (FAS) covers 100% of tuition; Florida Medallion (FMS) covers 75%.

Eligibility requirements

  • FL high school graduate
  • GPA 3.0+ (FMS) or 3.5+ (FAS)
  • ACT 25+ or SAT 1210+ (FAS)
  • Enrolled at FL college within 2 years of HS graduation
Insider tip

Apply before August 31 of your senior year — missing the deadline means losing the scholarship. Bright Futures is renewable but requires maintaining GPA and credit hours each term.
