Ohio Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)

Ohio HEAP assists with heating bills and provides emergency assistance for utility disconnections. Winter Crisis Program provides additional emergency help during heating season.

  • Income below 175% poverty level
  • Responsible for heating costs
