Eligibility requirements

✓TX resident child under 19
✓Family income up to 201% FPL for CHIP
✓Pregnant woman with income 198%–201% FPL for Perinatal

CHIP Perinatal is one of the least-known programs — it covers the unborn child even when the mother doesn't qualify for Medicaid. Apply as early as possible in pregnancy.
