Free preventive medical, dental, and case management checkups for children and youth under age 21 enrolled in Texas Medicaid. Covers well child visits, immunizations, vision and hearing screenings, dental cleanings, lab work, and developmental and mental health assessments. Reminders are mailed when checkups are due.

Eligibility requirements

✓Texas Medicaid recipients from birth to age 21. Automatic eligibility once enrolled in Medicaid. No additional application required.
