Texas Family Planning Program (FPP)

State funded family planning and reproductive health services for low income Texans who do not qualify for Healthy Texas Women, including men. Provides contraception, STI testing and treatment, cancer screenings, and reproductive health counseling on a free or sliding scale basis. Available regardless of immigration status at participating clinics.

Eligibility requirements

  • Texas residents with household income at or below 250% FPL who do not qualify for Healthy Texas Women. Open to all genders. Self-declared income permitted in cases where verification would jeopardize confidentiality.
